The Ford service reps were very helpful for almost two years after the introduction of the FiST.
There were a number of issues that our members had that got resolved.
Their main goal was to be on the forums to see the likes and dislikes of this new economy performance car.
They also provided information to many as to build/delivery dates for ordered cars.
Now that the FiST is about to enter the fifth year of production here in the US the reps are not needed on the forums as much.
However, the is a Ford Customer Service Rep. at all Ford dealerships and they are just a phone call away.
I personally am very pleased with the service they provided this forum.
