Ive run mustang offset 16x7 and they clear with a 205 series tire. I also massaged the front caliper bracket so i didnt need a 5mm spacer up front.

( enkie basket weave fox body wheels, shouldnt have sold them ever.

Not without rolling. Id stay very slight stretch. On my 16"s i had only one instance of rub hitting a dip on the freeway at 80 with a fully loaded car on stock suspension. It grazed the rear fender just a tad. But i did have a 5mm spacer out back at the time and the car sat damn near perfect. No spacer up front.
