Front Passenger Brake Pad Resting on Rotor...

I've noticed a severe "juddering" while hard cornering to the right and accelerating. I've poked around a bit and noticed that the front left brake pad is physically resting on the rotor, and has created a slight groove in the rotor. Is it as simple as re-fitting the caliper or is this a much more severe fix? It's greatly affected the back road fun i was having yesterday [bawling]

kind of an abrupt bump too but just noticed my CV boot was leaking grease all over the place... time to take off the Boomba BOV adapter and take her to the Dealer...
