Glue works?

We can’t post pictures here I’ll do my best to describe. I drive 2015 fiesta. The plastic box that’s on the windshield next to the rear view fell off. So it’s just hanging by the wire. Would I use the same glue for the mirror?

If you have a warranty, I would take it to your dealer.
That should be your NAV/GPS antenna.
The heat on the windshield will defeat most glues.
If you can't go to the dealer, I would consult an Auto Glass shop.

Those covers have a clip. My old one broke
