Has my RMM causes my new dual mass flywheel to fail?

Hey guys i had a new Sachs clutch and dual mass flywheel along with a LuK slave fitted a week ago but the flywheel has now failed according to the garage that done it. (Being repaired again under warranty!) - my question is that I have a puma speed solid rear motor mount and it has always been harsh with vibrations/pulsing in the cabin and iam thinking has this possibly caused the DMF to fail? 🤷‍♂️ thanks!

I saw your post on Reddit, but no your stiff RMM would not affect your flywheel... The mounting of said new flywheel would however 🤷🏼‍♂️

When they installed the new flywheel, depending upon how they went about it, would be more of an issue than a mount holding the the engine still....
