Heater blowing hotter air after Hybrid turbo swap?

Anyone ever notice their heater blows hotter after a turbo swap? Is this normal or do I need to investigate?

Do you have a AP3? Do you monitor coolant Temps? Or any data at all? If not id suggest setting up your accessport to monitor that along with Boost....Oil temp...... Intake air temp.....Air-fuel ratio.....Knock ratio...etc.
