Hesitating acceleration

Hello! I have a strange issues, when i press the gas pedal to the floor, or i try to accelerate the car it feels like a hesitation or More like a hiccup, like the bypass valve Is not holding pressure, the Acceleration Is not lineal when the car Is accelerating from 3000 to 4500 rpms, i can feel AND hear that the bypass opens For a second or less, AND It does this like 3 Times during this acceleration.
I have a gfb dv+ i got back to oem bypass valve and still doing this.
I don't have power loss i am doing 24 psi of boost, the datalogs don't show an impact in performance but i can feel this kind of leak. We checked for proper sealing on the valve and everything looks fine.
I have dizzy stage 2
Cobb intercooler
Mountune rmm
Ramair drop in foam filter
Ngk 6510 gapped to 0.028

I have this exact issue. Doesn't happen in 1st and 2nd but happens in the gears above that and in the rpm range yo mentioned. Did you ever figure out what the issue was?

Dumb suggestion, but if you don't have traction control turned all the way off, the ECU will cut boost if you spin a tire. Have you tried with traction control all the way off?

I'm finding that this is an on going issue with several different types of cars. Some have told me that this is due to some sort of aggressive driving device that kicks in limiting your acceleration. Not sure I believe that. I've found, that at least once a month, just remove the intake accordion and clean the throttle body flap/butterfly. The issue here is, the PCV vent hose is drawing oil through the hose and down into the throttle body, cleaning routinely will help reduce flap from sticking or getting sticky. I'd also check and clean the MASS. The main thing that's helped is switching to the E85 fuels or a mix of fuels which has been cleaning the system thoroughly. So for the time being, just clean the throttle body internal to see if that helps.
