Hit ignition button when AP was installing

I saw my headlights on and hit the ignition but after it was already on while the AP was installing. However the install went through and was successful according to the AP. Do I need to worry about any damage to the ECU? Is there anything I should try to do at this point?

Does the car start/run? If yes...you will be ok
