Howdy, soon to be 2016 owner. Good shape except the front hood... it's really chipped noticeably. If I get a respray, that's money, then PPI to keep it that way but it's a 2016 (Recaros Roof) with 90 k miles, so I'm thinking a CF hood, being pretty hard to take any chips may be the best way?

What do you guys think?

Thanks

How much is a quality respray? My new 2016 with 185,000 miles needs one.

Things may have changed in the last few years, but my recollection is that most CF hoods do not ship with a clear coat, and as such you'll need to pay for a new hood and to get it clear coated. As a result the respray is going to be the less expensive option by far.
