Hood Pins

Hey all recently my hood latch has become un reliable at best, I know I could just replace it with a new one,... But I want to try and install some hood pins in preparation for a carbon hood, does any one know or have any good ideas on to where to mount hood pins to as the core support is all plastic... Any help is much appreciated

I too wanted to install hood pins but was never able to find a good place to mount on the core support and also work/look correctly on the hood.
