Infotainment screen. Have we seen this before?

I have a nebulous ball of bright blue dots across my screen. Started a few days ago. And over night, grows larger and larger. Anyone know the cause, or the solution?

You could try a reset (hold the seek up button while holding the power button for about 5 seconds), but that looks almost like moisture, or separation or delamination of the panel/film.

I'm thinking moisture too. It's spread as well. Time to replace the screen I guess, or upgrade the whole unit.
