Montune vs. Cobb. Is there a significant difference? They are priced the same. Is this six of one, half a dozen of the other?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Neither...Whoosh V3 if your looking to be frugal* great unit for the price....or Wait for someone to part their FiST out and get it slightly used...almost all my Mods have been BNIB or Slightly used. That has saved me thousands. But you have to have Money in hand and ready to pounce also on the forum...no Lollygagging!

Mountune is the best fitting intercooler. For me personally that was the most important so that is what I went with. I actually made a video on it, and it does fit absolutely perfect.
Thanks for the help. Would you say it fits better than the Cobb? Does it have any other advantage over the Cobb?

Yes best fitting intercooler. No advantages just better fitting.

I'd say CP-E if you want to fork out the dough for it. Great temperature control in it.

Or if you can find a Whoosh version 2 slightly used. That is a clone of the Cpe....remember good things come to those who wait! Spring time/tax time is a great time to find slightly used parts also.

I'm the resident mountune fanboy. All their stuff fits like stock and looks great. They use this intercooler with their big turbo kit, so it's good enough for the stock turbo. Definitely does the job, and I like the black finish. Quality piece.
