Is my frame cracked in the rear?

When I went to go out on my TB Performance Torsion bar I noticed to cracks(referenced below) in the same spot on both sides. I'm no engineer but they are identical so I'm hoping its just apart of it but I feel like that part should be solid not cracked like that. Just wondering if anyone else has had this.

Just below the rear springs in toward the wheel well.
