What range of height should I look for in jackstands to work on my ST. I was originally going to get some with a max height of 16 3/8". However I'm now thinking that's not enough.

Just something that would be good for a number of applications. The first thing I'm doing is replacing the exhaust and changing the oil. The 16 3/8 only gives me about 4inches between me and the car.

I have 2 sets, 1 goes to 16 3/8 and the other is 16 3/4. I almost always use the taller ones and have never had an issue also IMO if you are looking to work under your car maybe you would want ramps...something like these https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/rhino-gear-rhinoramp-11909/10157441-p?searchterm=ramp, Either way I think that the taller the better. I also have a set of ramps that I made out of wood just for changing my oil, they are 3" tall. I like them because I can drive ip them and it allows me to slide under the car easily and it makes changing oil really quick.
