JBL GTO 360 6 1/2" speakers

I forgot I had 4 new speakers still in the box that I never installed in my previous vehicle. Crutchfield says the FiST takes a 6 1/2" speaker which would be ideal. I'm pretty happy with sound of the stock system, but an upgrade would be nice as I luv good music while driving.

Are these a worthwhile upgrade?

What would these be worth if I were to sell them?
