hey everyone, just got my first turbo I4. I have/had many high hp cars and am excited to see if i can fulfill my horsepower junkie needs with this car.. I still haven't driven this car yet because it came from the Cincinnati IAAI (insurance auto auction). The car should be capable of running and driving by this Friday. the extent of the damage to the car is 100% passenger's side. the car needs the fender & quarter bumped, new rocker molding & some tweaking on the axle assembly. looks like the previous owner got the car sideways and smacked the curb which in result broke the knuckle/hub right off of the axle. OUCH! the car had two roof airbags deploy and the driver's seatbelt. I've already fixed the interior and have all axle/drivetrain ironed out. Nothing alot of heat & BFH didn't handle..

mod plans: MORE BOOOOOOOOOOOOOST

no i'm kidding... not yet. I haven't even driven the car yet.. I decided to hit up boomba racing for the BOV spacer and got that installed in about 20 minutes. it was kinda a pain in the ass because the factory bolts we're way to tight. so i used some extensions, wobbly & ratchet to make it a breeze.

previous mods: looks like the last owner decided to have the windows tinted to my liking & put some black trim tape around the door windows? also plasti-dipped the wheels. he had a cold air intake but when i picked the car up from the auction lot, the factory intake was on it with no MAF :( or engine appearance cover.

The car will run without the MAF FYI, it doesn't use it for anything besides intake air temp on the Fiesta.

Do you have a way to get ahold of him? I would like to know if i could get the second key from him if he still has it lol. also curious as to what happened to cause the damage..

got the car off the trailer for the first time last night, ripped a few gears down my road, that BOV i installed was pretty cool. car definitely needs an alignment and I must inspect front mechanical parts to see if there is any problems.

I did find a video of the car on youtube getting it.

I'll try and ask. He's not very active on the Cincinnati ST nation FB page but can be gotten a hold of. I'll see if I can find him and ask.

Got the car registered today. Paint turned out perfect. Right now I'm going to drive it and see how much I like it to determine where I go from here
