Left Window Regulators - Which part is Correct?

Story of my life, but as I pulled into my mechanic to get my transmission service done, my back left window regulator went out.
The motor still works as i can hear it still moving up and down but the window doesn't catch.

Im trying to source out the correct part # but according to the link below, theres 2 parts for the Left side.

BE8Z-5427001-A with Power
BE8Z-5427009-A without Power

Anyone know which one i should be purchasing? Does the "power" refer to the auto window function or something?

P.S. seems like everywhere is short-staffed and i couldnt even get my transmission done.

Power window or manual window as in crank window, maybe?

Yes. Some Fiestas have manual windows. You want with power.
