That's like the 1 that I found in Lithuania and it's finally made it to the states after traveling across country last week. Just checked and it's in Atlanta so hopefully I"ll have mine in the next day or 2.
Yup that's the one. It compliments the interior nicely!

I’d like to add my setup, I referenced the info here for my setup, so I’d like to post mine for reference.

Amazon shift extender, 3.75”
I first tried it with stock knob and a washer ground down to make sure I don’t hate it;

Sort of. It's the same thread pitch but the reverse lockout for subaru is a smaller diameter than the st/rs.

You need an adapter or extension that fits the reverse lockout then you can use any 12x1.25 knob.

I have an eBay reverse lockout adapter and twm extension topped with cobb sti knob.

This was before WC Lathe Werks was making adapter/extensions for pommeau de vitesse 208.

I will be ordering a new extension from him and I'm really liking the titanium but I can't justify the cost just yet.

He also started making reverse lockouts too!
You can use a Subaru WRX reverse lockout adapter. Many people have had success with them on the Clio 3. Look for ones compatible with M12x1.25 thread pitch like Perrin or Kartboy. They allow you to run a non reverse lockout knob while keeping reverse functionality. Just make sure the adapter sits flush and does not interfere with gear changes. Plenty of WRX style knobs like Raceseng, Mishimoto, or Skunk2 fit well with this setup. 4.1-mini

Being as I never have drinks in my cup holders, I would rather have a shorter lever. But, being it's an ST I doubt whether or not it could be done.

Has anyone tried the billet reverse lockouts from Whoosh? The finish on my OE one is chipping and unpleasant to use.

I just got the weighted Whoosh knob, and I love the way the aluminum feels. The reverse lockout seemed too tall, the weighted seems OEM hight but fits better in my hand. Surprisingly, even though it gets a bit spicy in direct sunlight for a few hours, cools down right quick.

How's the temp during summer? Living in AZ I'm always hesitant on metal knobs, even though they look so good😩
Jacob Adams on the Fiesta ST Facebook group does custom shift knobs. i own 3 by him and they are all perfect for the sun and your hand doesn't get burnt. He is making one for my corvette too*

I liked the choices on the Rodak garage on Etsy. They had no problem even adding some weight to the knob to improve the feel of the throw. Shift knobs are definitely an item that requires a little thought. There is a possibility of some improvement in shift feel and an it can also be an upgrade to the appearance of the interior. Anything that is a touch point for the driver is a potential upgrade area.
