Longer Center console armrest?

Is there an affordable top lid replacement for the center console armrest, that would fit the ST, that is longer than the stock one?

I need about 2-5 inches extra. My elbow is always bumping on the edge. I prefer to rest it on the console a bit while shifting, rather than remove it, as i do like to rest my arm during highway travels.

I don't think there is enough interest at this late date for any company to set up and go into production.
Why not just remove the pad (3 screws) then shape a piece of wood to fit of your liking.
Then find a local upholstery shop to cover it.
The project should cost you no more than about $50.00
