Does anyone know of a good spoiler extension that fits better than the Maxton one? I'd rather not drill into the rear either. Something like the old Mountune one would be perfect. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks guys

I think the ones from Vega look pretty good. Worth checking out.

I like the look, but holy cow $330 for a piece of plastic that glues onto the end of our spoiler... that's a bit much.

I have the maxton one and the figment definitely wasn’t perfect but not as bad as I would have thought by some other reviews I’ve seen of it. Nothing a heat gun and some clamps can’t fix. It’s been on for about a year and a half with no issues. 46CE1129-685E-4B38-8C6C-8CB22F3759A9.jpeg DB756650-EEFB-4DE5-A987-11C2DDA6D626.jpeg

Ya the old Mountune one was nice. Apparently its deal of once its on its not coming off.:ROFLMAO:
I knew someone that had it but it was on their old factory spoilerthat got sold when they sold their car.
I was just gonna say screw it and get the Maxton it looks better than most currently on the market.

That's one of the nicer extensions, along with the long gone Mountune, but if one adds in the cost of the paint and better clear coat, it starts getting close to the price of the (non real carbon fiber at least) full bolt-on wings. [:(]
my Two favorites are the Maxton and the long gone Mountune both have issues though former being it does not always stay according to some people and later that you can’t take it back off once its been put on:ROFLMAO:

The Covid wing lol what a sad name. Sticks up a little too much for my liking . Maybe thats why they called it Covid. :ROFLMAO:

They named it that because it was announced for development right before covid hit in March. When they started preorders was shortly after lockdowns and such started. I doubt they realized it would be this serious or last this long.

It was an ill thought name regardless of excuses IMO. But hey cars parts we tend to give dumb names to them half the time.. I wound up selling engine mounts for 240sx‘s under the drift freaq name because that was my SN on Zilvia and I was well known . It kinda stuck because of that. My Camber plates here are known by my screen name here. Except if you paypal me it will come either drift freaq or dpro.
I am just not sure I would have called a wing the Covid wing.

Dpro, the Maxton has an issue for not being able to come back off? I've never heard that. It's good to know tho, because that is the only extension I'm really liking right now (except for the old Mountune one). Back to the drawing board I guess.

No , it has an issue of coming off or so I have heard. It’s only affixed with double sided tape. So guys resort to sinking a screw or two to hold it again just going by what others have said.

I agree. I didn’t name it lol. I don’t even have one. Just saying why I believe they decided to go with that.
