Looking to buy CP-E Intake

Does anyone have pictures of the CP-E intake installed on their car? Specifically the portion of the "ram air" and where that inlet is. I want to get this intake to replace the one that i bought the car with (filter sits too low in the engine bay and threw CEL code when i drove in rain), i just want to make sure this new intake wont do the same thing. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looking at buying from CP-E with the 2016 adapter

It has two areas where it gets cold air. The stock "ram air" section and the lower area that ends up near the cold side boost hose. It's been on my car for around 80k miles now and I haven't had a single issue. I have a pic from the top, but not the bottom.

That is helpful, does this intake need any of the stock components of the intake? I dont have any of the stock intake.

Just buy an ST200 box and stuff a filter of your choice....stock or high flow filter...there has been no difference in one over the other* just my 2 cents

Absolutely agree. ST200 air box and call it a day.

If you don't have any of the stock intake though it's not going to work.

My suggestion * Would be buy a Whoosh or Ram Air crossover tube and intake hose and ST200 airbox. Just food for thought!

Here is a cart.... You could add a filter of your choice also in the drop down for the ST200 BOX*

I have a cpe intake for sale... i was about to post it tonight, black but no crossover pipe.
$200 + shipping
its tempting since its so expensive new.. But if I buy anything I just want a complete kit that I can install and not worry about and also dont want to source extra pieces.

I like the ability to choose between the different pieces but it still comes up just short of the price of the CP-E that is a full kit with the 2016 evap piece. I'm not worried about the performance aspect of the intake, just need to be able to drive my car no matter the weather (without fear of water in the intake).

Any idea what the “US SC” is for at checkout on the CP-E website? Can’t find it anywhere

Yeah that’s the only thing I could think of or find through google. It went away after the PayPal checkout so it remains a mystery
