Low boost no power!

Hello! I have a 16 FiST mk7. I have some issues with my st. First of all, when i bought It, i feel the car under powered, sttuter an the car hesitates when i take It to the highway i got the p0299 an p0234 codes under AND over powered AND so i replace the boost solenoid. But the car still feels slow like there was no turbo. I replace the intercooler AND still no proper power. I bought an accesport AND with a dizzy stage 2 map. My mods? Gfb dv+, cobb intercooler, ram air drop in foam filter, ngk 6510 1 step colder plugs at 0.026. i replace gfb dv+, put an oem bov AND still 5 psi. I Made some datalogs where i can see this 5 psi. I adjust the wastegate, i check AND double check For leaks AND i cant see any!! I cant do more than 5 psi! Y check the map For valet or eco mode AND installed AND uninstalled accesport AND i cant get More boost!! I don't know what else to check.
