I'm guessing that the titanium tips are actually made of titanium alloy, and not just coated that color, hence the price jump for those?

Milltek doesn't give a lot of info on these parts
You would have to assume the tips aren't just a color for the price increase.
I'll do some more digging.
The Black Cerakote pricing seems in line to me. The Titanium has to be material change to justify the price bump though as M-Sport suggested
