Mishimoto’s Horrible Customer Service

Hey guys. I wanted to update everyone on my experience with Mishimoto products. I purchased a new oil cooler from their dealer network, installed it and found an oil at one of their oil lines. So I requested to have a hose replaced and had my local Ford dealer work with them. Had the Ford dealer send Mishimoto all the info to replace the defective hose and today they requested the same info again. Not sure why I have to So I have a car down now for over a week and I still don’t have the correct hose. Lifetime warranty yes, but man what a pain to get some service.
Mishimoto don’t you realize when you make it hard to get support, it doesn’t help your brand. Plus now the Ford dealer know what kind of support to expect from you too.
