Mk3 Focus RS calipers on Fiesta ST180?

I can't find anywhere a thread like this so i'm making one.
Can you fit the MK3 Focus RS calipers on a Fiesta ST180?
Has anyone done it?
I know that there are many BBKs but I'm a brembo guy and I cant find any brembo BBK, so I thought the Focus RS.
What do you think?

Mountune had a Brembo kit for alittle bit* one had come up for sale on here a while back. It fit but with a proper wheel spacer most of the time*
