Hello - I raced a SCCA Enterprises Spec Racer Ford Gen 3, aka SRF3, up until a couple of years ago. The SRF3 ran a Fiesta gearbox with some modifications up until a couple of years ago. Most of them run the updated Gb now (which is a pricey Sadev sequential box - approx $20K). I ended up having an H pattern Fiesta gb left over that I don't have any use for. The one I have was only used 1 weekend and I think this has straight cut gears. They sold for about $5k. If anyone wants to pick it up before I haul it away you're welcome to it - for a pittance. Will not ship. It could be picked up in Nags Head, NC or at VIR raceway near Danville, VA. (I travel to the track pretty frequently.) There's bunches of theses gb's out there that are no longer in use. PM me if interested in mine or you'd like to know where you might get one of these closer to you. There should be plenty of them scattered about the country.

It is based on the base/NA Fiesta's B5, or our (Fiesta ST) B6 gearbox??

What else is done besides installing a straight cut cog set, any micro-polishing, or other treatments, better bearings, etc.?

Gear ratios??

Sorry I don't really know anything about the different Fiestas. Do these pics identify which one I have? If there is something more specific I can post to identify exactly which one it is let me know. Also, some of them had straight cut gears and some didn't. SCCAE tried a number of things to get them to last longer in the race cars. I went through several - some with straight cuts some with standard. I don't remember if this one had the straight cut whine or not. But it was the last H pattern box I had before installing a Sadev and selling the car. And I know it was a rebuilt unit that only had one race weekend on it.

So I posted on the Reddit FordFiesta group and someone says its an IB5. If that isn't of any use to Fiesta ST owners - sorry for the distraction. Sorry I don't know more about it. I'm tired of it being in the way and wasting time on it. Since it only has 1 weekend on the rebuild I hated to just toss it.

Pretty sure that's older than IB5, it uses solid rod shifting instead of cables...
