Spent some time doing my favorite loop in the N Georgia mountains last Friday with some friends. They showed up with an NSX, a track prepped E36 M3, and a 2012 VW GTi that surprisingly lasted the whole day. Really enjoyed playing with the handling of the FiST and in the mountains it reminded me of the track prepped Mini Cooper S I used to have. Its incredible how much grip a car with a beam rear axle and front wheel drive can be in the tight stuff. Looking forward to joining up with the local ST club soon!

looks like a fun day! Doesn't matter what the make up of the group is, going out with friends is a blast. Thanks for sharing!

How'd the FiST perform against the Honda supercar?

The old girl ran well despite having ABS system failure. But, that didn't slow them down at all. The NSX is always fun to see in the while, especially when it is being driven by someone with 600+ days on track, most of which were in a track prepped NSX. However when we got on the tight tight roads, the NSX would fall behind the mighty FiST. On Wolfpen gap, the NSX was nearly as wide as the lane!

Outshines the whole pack.
