It just depends. Most 4x108 18inch wheels are made for the older focus, 17 is about as large as most people are willing to go on our fiesta. Alot of people around here put 16ich or even 15s on the fiesta for better ride quality. Those 18s look good on your car.
For me however 18 would be larger than id be willing to go.
