My sync and video playback?

i believe it may be. the car needs to be in neutral though, i'm pretty sure for the automatic regular fiestas they make you put the car in park, if you start driving the video stops.

Can I put a video on a USB drive? Is that the input we use ?

not sure. possibly. it may have a video/audio input. haven't seen it yet though. i know for sure it can play audio via usb and bluetooth.
