Mystery "boost leak" - where to go from here?

2019 Fiesta ST, 81k miles, running the Stratified flash tune for the past 6 years/75k miles. Drop-in filter, symposer delete, and Whoosh catted DP were the only mods at the beginning of this saga.

I dusted off the old Accessport recently to monitor coolant temps, and noticed I was only seeing around 22 PSIG peak boost. I don't recall how it ran 6 years ago, but I was expecting more like 25 PSIG. WGDC was pegged out at ~85% the entire time. Threw the data log in vdyno and it came back with 174hp, which also seems low. Here's the log:

Installed the Whoosh v3 FMIC I've had laying in the garage for the past 6 years. Made no difference other than losing 0.5 PSI or so of boost (as expected).

Installed a GFB DV+ last weekend, tightened every single hose clamp (other than one right before the throttle body I couldn't reach), and installed a new air filter. Made zero notable difference. Still seeing ~22 PSIG peak boost with WGDC flatlined at 85% the entire time.

Flashed the Cobb stage 2 OTS tune -16 PSIG peak at 65% WGDC (tune seems to be limited to 65%?).

Is there anything obvious I could be missing before I try to cobble together a boost leak test setup and find someone with an air compressor to borrow? Car runs fine, no codes, gets the same gas mileage it always has. Most of the posts I've found about boost issues have people getting CELs and being stuck at wastegate pressure, which is not the case here.
