Need to identify the part for a Fiesta ST that sits beside what is known as the stone deflector or lower shield. There are end caps to the long air dam black plastic part that is under the front bumper. For some reason, the part doesn't seem to show up well (or at all) in the ST diagram. It would be what the #2 is in the diagram here for the normal USA Fiesta.
