Hi all,

Just picked up my magnetic orange ST with matching Recaro seats yesterday and am already in love with it, just what I wanted and of course that means I'll start modding it in no time [rockon]

Big thanks to everyone for contributing here - I've visited the forum a few times over the past couple weeks as I narrowed in on the ST and made my decision, as well as getting ideas for the future. I hope to be able to make some contributions in the future to pay it back.

Part of the draw to me of the ST was how approachable it seems in terms of future modifications, and that it is practical and economical considering how much fun it is to drive! I grew up in the SF Bay Area and a good friend and I used to tear up the roads in the coastal mountains in the small (crappy) cars we could get our hands on. I've always been a hot hatch guy and am now finally back in a car I feel I can connect with after several years in spendy German coupes / sedans.

Anyways, I will keep reading up on the forum to plan the mods and if you get a headlight flash from a passing ST in Molten Orange around town it may be me.

Jim

Look for the San Diego St Owners group on Facebook for an invite! We always have meets help each other with installs and go for canyon runs up Palomar or out into the East County. Hope to see you around SD ????
