Bought my 2015 FiST back in May of this year, loving it! Have had a long line of cars and so far this one = more smiles per mile then the others!

Welcome! Love that industrial location for the shoot. A little tighter angle on that second pick and I think you got a really awesome shot there.

Thanks everyone! Joker328, didn't have much time for the second shot, police patrol that area often and I was technically trespassing...Setting up all of the flash units, stands and umbrellas took most of my time haha.

For anyone interested, we have a small local car meet here in town every Friday around 8pm...No shenanigans, mature, law abiding folks. I will leave the address in hopes I can get another FiST owner to show up :)

Can you tell me what lighting kit you used?

That shot I used a Canon 5D Mark 3, Canon 11-24 F4L, 3 580exII Flashes (controlled by Canon ST-E2 on stands with umbrellas reflecting light back to car), 1 430exII (hand held, manual trigger). I should purchase some actual outdoor lighting equipment but since the majority of my photos are weddings/portraits/landscapes I haven't been able to justify it.

Thank you! How are you liking the Canon 11-24 F4L lens? I've been eying it for a long time, just hard to process the price lol.

Absolutely love it! No crazy lens flare like the 14mm (original not II) I had, distortions not bad, nice to be able to zoom slightly. The only complaint I could see someone having with it is its size....it is a massive lens. My 100-400mm fit easier in the case then this.
