howdy everyone. Im new to this forum. currently I have a 2006 BMW M5 that I am sick and tired of fixing. I am going in tomorrow to see about trading it in for a Fiesta ST Or try and get on a list for a focus RS. I had a 2012 Fiesta SE a few years back and it was a great car.

I do a lot of track driving and high speed driving on a regular basis. Does anyone here track their ST on a semi frequent basis? if so how does it stand up to other cars you have taken on the track? I see the top speed is somewhat sad but Im thinking maybe the cornering makes up for that.

The stock car can definitely hold it own. But slight mods, such as a small "big" turbo upgrade, ranging from 1300-whatever you want to spend, can easily make this car a high speed contender. A couple track junkies I know are D1JL, RAAMaudio, Siestarider, frankiefiesta. Perhaps they can give more insight. I have only gotten a few auto crosses under my belt (in this car) but I know with few upgrades this little guy is a great contender to many higher dollar cars.

Welcome to the forum!

From what I have seen the markup on the RS is 8k plus. So just some food for thought on that.

yeah after more research the RS isn't going to happen. Thank you for your reply. I posted this then found the track section on here. I must have missed it on my initial look around.
