Just picked up my '19 Fiesta today. I've got $1500 to be 'creative' with.
How should I spend the $$ to best improve overall performance? Looking
for better low-end, and some real (but not obnoxious) engine noise.

Probably the best bang for your buck would be a Cobb Accessport and pair that with a better intercooler

A new intake would probably give you a bit more induction noise.

You could look at like a simple vent to atmosphere bov, but those can be loud and some people find them annoying after awhile.

This has been discussed to death: Transmission mount, COBB AP, Whoosh or Depo Racing I/C, panel filter. With what's left over you *might* be able to get a used set of lighter wheels (my favorite mod). Check the classified on this site - there's always good deals.

Anything that add noise isn't going to add performance, at least not with a stock turbo. Removing the stock exhaust resonator might scratch that itch cheaply.
