Was in stop and slow traffic... rolling in 1st gear, noticed a slight clunk when I hit the throttle. Feels like there might be some movement in the engine compartment too. What's the likelihood mounts are the issue?

My RMM (Mountune) probably has 30k+ hard miles...

I've been looking for an excuse to go Powerflex (RMM, Handling Pack).

Anything else I should look at?

Have an experienced clutch driver load the engine while you watch from the side of the vehicle with the hood up. Hand-brake and wheel chock it so it doesn't move while they slip the clutch.

The passenger engine mount in mine was busted fairly early on and for years I had an unusual circumstantial "clack" noise on clutch release. Didn't occur under any other circumstance and it's occurrence really wasn't at all consistent. Sometimes a month or more would go by before I started hearing it again. One day post oil change I noticed an unusual amount of movement from the engine while idling; centering on the passenger side mount. That was my clue to change it and yes, it was toast. So I simply replaced it with another OEM. All other mounts are still original OEM and no noises or issues with them. (though it's still under 80k miles since I'm on the motorcycle all the time - more so since it was hit by a package van while parked)

Glad to hear!

This coincided with what I thought was an oil leak.

Come to find out, it was transmission oil. Axel seals were leaking. Presumably from too much torque/movement.

That oil got all over my RMM and ate up the poly...

I opted for VIBRA-TECHNICS RMM, PSMM and Transmission Mounts from Whoosh.

Your experience gives me hope these will correct the issue.
