Remember its not a blow off valve, its a recirc/plumb back its basically a better metal unit over the plastic OEM unit. It doesn't make as much noise as a BOV.
I have the Turbosmart 50/50 hybrid, so it is very loud. I also have a MAP intake which when combined with the Hybrid, has a distinct chirp.

Well i can show dyno results that differ.
I'm interested if you did 4 pulls including one with just the BPV and one with just the new wastegate actuator.
I read Turbosmart says our stock BPV leaks. Has anyone (High HP) seen their BPV leaking just curious?
I've not seen anyone around but maybe I missed something. Always take manufacturers dyno runs with a large grain of salt.
I'm not trying to say your wrong more just curious as it's a lot of coin for a part which works just fine from what I've seen around here.

I was hitting 25+ psi on the stocker before going to the Turbosmart with no issue. I went with the Turbosmart 50/50 just for sound, novelty and I simply like the feel of a mechanical valve.

That would be nice but i dont have the coin to play guinea pig for the benefit of others. Ive got independent dyno runs before and after the parts, ive happily shared my experience so you make of it what you want. Im more than happy with the improvement of the car verses money spent on the Turbosmart products.

I dont doubt they're good parts but my question still stands. I'm not expecting you to drop money on it Nevermind no worries mate.
If you're enjoying the parts that's really all that matters. I'd still love to see someone do a before and after dyno run with just a new BPV.
I mean it holds boost then vents boost off throttle. That's not a HP mod unless it was leaking.

It is an improvement because boost holds a lot better and higher in the rev range. If its not a HP mod then where did my gains come from?

You bolted on two different parts. My question relates to the BPV. The actuator is the identified issue.

I actually had the the BPV on 1st and the improvement on that alone was very noticable in relation to better boost and holding up high.

That's interesting. I just am chatting and not having a go at you please don’t take it that way.
Maybe our BPV does leak? I could be wrong in my assertions.
If there's any threads on this I'd love to see it. I've had a little search but nothing came up.

I chose these mods based on research and value for money, im sure i could've done the recirc valve and been happy but i went the package deal route. I get frustrated because im absolutley hopeless mechanically, all i can do is share my results.

So you reckon you felt an improvement in both steps then?
Just the BPV and then more improvement with the WG actuator?
