P1573 throttle position not available

Afternoon all

can anyone shed some light on causes of P1573 fault code.
car was running fine then cut out. Now fails to start and OBD says P1573.
so far have had the throttle body off and all seems to check out with a meter.
Think there should be a 5 V supply on pin 6 but we don’t have this supply.
Any ideas about how it’s switched or are we looking at an ECU fault
