Has anyone seen this code before?
Monday morning about halfway into work and the car began chugging and the gas pedal did nothing. Stopped, shut it off, waited a minute or 2 then restarted. Car ran fine so I went straight home. I thought I had my problem licked when I pulled a P018D trouble code and found my fuel pressure sensor was literally unplugged? No idea how, but it was. Plugged it in, started the car and it seemed fine.

Today, again about halfway into work I was slowing down to make a turn, pushed the clutch in and the engine idled high for a moment then began chugging again just like yesterday.
Shut it off and thought "maybe the damn thing came unplugged again" but it was not. I waited a couple of minutes and restarted, no issues, ran fine so I drove home. Checked the accessport and got P2111 code this time.
I checked the connection to the throttle body, and it seems fine.
I have 37,000 miles on the car, a whoosh hybrid turbo that I installed in spring of 2022 tuned by Dizzy. I also have been running water meth injection since spring of 2024 so I really have a hard time believing the throttle plate is gunked up but maybe. I'm leaning towards a new throttle body but was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem.

Thanks for any insight you all might have.
