hey guys post up the highest boost pressures you guys regularly see. there was a post on a fist/fost group on fb and I said I'm seeing 28+psi on my stock turbo and no one could believe me it was sort of weird, so what are you guys seeing?

I'm stage 3 e30 by adam at tune+ 28+psi regularly

What does your log say?
my last log says 27.94 at 3189rpm.

and I didn't see any neg corrections. adam said it was perfectly fine because it was just peak boost for a second and it tapers down.

I saw the Facebook post. If Adam has you on 28psi, then it is what it is.

For the most part, I keep to myself. Unless I see something horribly wrong, or I feel like getting into an argument.

The reason they're worried is because small turbos create high cylinder pressures and create more heat by nature. But, like I said, Adam knows what he's doing.

Why some would say you're lying is beyond me.

I see so what would you recommend monitoring on my ap? and and what point would those gauges be getting into danger territory? pos/neg corrections are a good sign though right?

yea I mean theres no damn reason to lie its not like I'm BT and it means I'm bragging about seeing a ton of power idk

If you're on a final revision, you're golden. Ethanol keeps temps down. Monitoring is really just for fun. Because in real life, if your engine is gonna go, it'll probably happen faster than before you can let off. I think the most helpful thing, especially with ethanol is monitoring OAR. Other fun things are boost, coolant or oil, 2 worst cylinders (typically 1 and 3), AFR... As for danger territory, I'd direct that question to Adam. Generally, you don't want to see persistent -2 to -3 corrections or high 13s on ethanol at WOT. I cannot stress enough that you need to speak with Adam on the "danger zone." He is the one that knows what he's targeting on your car, so he's the one with the most applicable answers.

ok will do, yea I'm on my final revision its all done. I never really see any neg. corrections. hes told me all is good and safe, I told him I want this engine to last awhile and its my dd I brought up the psi and he said all is good nothing to worry about and I trust him. he seems to have a really good reputation. maybe my car or w.e mod combo I have its running well enough to have the boost so high idk. thanks for your help though hijinx il follow up with him.

just pump 93 fuel
solid blue and solid green lines are 93 + meth
solid red is pump 93
small dotted lines are cobb stage 3 ots
bottom is base line

I actually installed the IWG after I had it dyno'd, possibly picked up 3-5whp???
verdict is 190whp / 305wtq
if you notice though I did pick up 20whp in the mid range compared to cobb OTS... end result is the same and I cant push any higher, turbo is outta efficiency.

28.8-29psi around 5600rpm falling to about 26.5psi at redline.

On the stock turbo I maxed the map out at 29.4psi and made 354ft of torque on a cyborg setup, without the cyborg. It was the big inlet and port work and EFR wastegate all bolted to a stock turbo. Felt like I got rearended by a school bus at 2950rpm. But then it felt like the school bus could pass me at 5200rpm too, lol. It was a neat feeling. A slow.....but neat feeling. Also made tire life expectancy fall by 78%. And my entire driveline felt like a dentist mistaked a persons butt hole for their mouth, but he was still pulling teeth out. I felt like something REALLY BAD was gonna happen. After 3 days, the cyborg went back on.
