Problems installing bpv adapter

I have made several attempts to access the bolt or screw or whatever that is closest to the front of the car and failed on all attempts. The other two are not as bad and I have been able to remove them before, but just cannot get the other one. Any tips on how to access the other one effectively? I have been using jacks and plenty of socket extensions and wobbly bits for reference as to how I am going about it.

Did you take the tire off, and did you remove the belt access panel?

I did remove the tire but was unaware the belt access panel was something to be moved to help gain access.
