I haven’t seen any misfire CELs while banging on the car, and I can’t replicate it anymore by revving the engine up to 3k RPM. I get a few misfire counts during daily driving but that seems to be more or less expected with ecoboosts.
As for the video, I wouldn’t be surprised if it does need a crank relearn. I wonder, does the Ford tech manual state to do a crank relearn after a timing belt change?

Next time I'm in my laptop I'll see if the manual mentions the re-learn in the time belt, flywheel and/or other service instructions. Could be this weekend as my brother is having weird transmission shifting issues on his F-150, so I'm going to reset the transmissions learning with Forscan as the F150 community indicates that it can fix weird behavior on the 10 speeds. (+1 to my old 6 speed slushbox, haha)
