rear dome light LED install... dome doesnt work at all

Was replacing all the interior lights with LED's today. I got to the rear dome (already successfully installed the front dome, trunk, license plates). Popped it out, replaced the bulbs, went to go plug it in for testing and none of the lights worked. I tried several things to see if it was just the rear dome not being on (i.e. locked the car while inside, starting up the car, multiple doors open, closed, etc.) I went back to the factory incandescent also, in case it was possibly a short or the electrical system not liking the LEDs. Not the case. So now I am thinking I possibly popped a fuse. I haven't checked yet if there is a stand alone fuse for the rear dome by itself, but i assumed not as it isnt on most other cars i've owned, and there's no other lights out to show its possibly a popped fuse, but i could be wrong. Anyone else had this issue or know what else to try?

Yes, i replaced the lights in that rear dome light. But none of them are working now. Not the map lights with the buttons, or the center lights when the doors are open.

The front dome works fine though after replacement.

I would check the cable making sure it is connected properly and that the front switch to control the lights is set to door (not off).
