replacing water pump and thermostat

im having coolant leak and am looking to replace my water pump and thermostat, however im not sure if i should get oem or aftermarket for some added cooling performance. i do canyon runs pretty regularly so i run the car pretty hard and was just wondering if anyone has any suggestion on parts

I had mine replaced as a precaution when I did the 150,000 service at 107,000 so I won't have to worry about it again. I run the Mountune radiator even though I never had any problems with overheating with the stock one.
