Rubbing sounds from vent

Good afternoon. I have a problem with one of the vents. Either it’s trying to open or trying to close but it sounds like its stuck. It’s the driver side floor vent. Help would be greatly appreciated

I know the blend door actuator is a constant issue on these cars, maybe search the forums for that and see if it's related?
