I am looking to buy a salvage FiST to aid in pulling parts off of the car. I am a Virginia resident and was wondering if it's possible to buy from copart, or IAAI without a dealer license. If not, has anyone ever had luck with Dashub buying a vehicle.
Again, this is just for parts car (and maybe goodies that are attached to said vehicle).
