Scratched my leather!

Hey all

So getting in my FiST today and a broken zipper on my pants scratched my recaros pretty good. What's a good way to repair/minimalize the damage? I was going to try some saddle soap or obenaufs then a wax or clear shine to fill it in.

Any suggestions?
