As long as you get a quality CAI that doesn't risk hydrolocking, CAI is the way to go. Cobb and Mountune have CAIs that are worth a look. But for sure the SRI is going to sound better, as it's going to give you more induction/turbo noise.
The experienced on this forum can give you all the geeky details, but no matter if it's a forced induction engine or not, in general the cooler the air is going into the engine the more power it can make. SRIs are often called warm air intakes because they tend to pull in warmer air as compared to CAIs. The difference may be negligible, but every bit of power helps.
