Just perused all the web info I could find. Unless all the sites are just spouting standard differences between Fiesta and ST, the 200 has different dampers, faster steering and larger rear rotors than 2016 ST. Since its not coming here (Cobb already has its market share) we may have to wait to find out what is really changed and what is not. I am eternally optimistic that during my lifetime larger rear rotors will become available.
Sorry, but I'm just not buying it. I think it's carefully worded marketing hype that the reviewers are not looking closely at and anything more than that is placebo effect. Here is the press release from Ford:

Note that they talk about the things that are unique to the ST200 (e.g., color, wheels, interior, power specs, and final drive) and then say "Like the Fiesta ST, the ST200 delivers optimised cornering and agility using..." and then list a bunch of ways the ST is better than a regular fiesta. Compare the bullets listed there to the text below from a 2012 Car&Driver article around the debut of the FiST.
"The turbo four is hooked exclusively to a six-speed manual transmission, the
brakes are upgraded to discs all around (the fronts are 10.9 inches versus the base car's 10.2-inch platters) and use performance pads, and the suspension has been revised. Specifics for the latter are scarce, but include
new knuckles that quicken the steering ratio to
13.6:1 from the regular Fiesta?s 14.3:1. Ford also says the ST gets a
75-percent stiffer torsion-beam rear and that the body sits
0.6 inch lower to the ground."
