It looked so good that I went ahead and resprayed my 15X7.5 Slipstreams that I couldn't get in a silver Finnish. I don't care for flat black wheels.
A 1000000000000000 million times better than the flat black! I hate black wheels.

Well played sir [emoji106]

I'm going to try Kia and Volvo and see which one is better. Thanks for that. I don't get why ford just doesn't list this stuff.

Since you are doing just 2 wheels, if they don't match OEM perfectly just put the 2 repaired wheels on one side of the car and the 2 OEMS on the other side. No one will be able to tell if they of by a shade when they can't see both at the same time.

I'm guessing they can make you up a small batch of color matching paint that's the same type of paint they use for touch up rims... I'm not sure what it is, lacquer maybe. Paint stores have all kinds of paints for which they can formulate something good for touch-ups.

There are also auto body supply stores that probably do it too. I remember some years ago I had to get my car painted and they took the color fuel door off the car to help match the paint.

And a bunch of auto body shops that make their paint also have the digital color matching equipment. If you go into one of those shops and talk to them, I bet for a few bucks they can make you up a small batch of touch-up paint.
You're doing solid prep work. For color matching, Ford often uses shades like Sparkle Silver or Argent Silver, but exact codes are hard to find. Dupli-Color HWP101 Silver or VHT SP187 Ford Argent Silver are common close matches. Test first to see which blends best with your wheels and tires.
